We're looking for a talented, hardworking Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen family. If you love the sound of steaks sizzling on the grill, butter basting tableside, and working with people who genuinely care about their craft — you’re going to fit right in.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and plate dishes according to Mtn Prime’s recipes, standards, and spirit

  • Work the line with energy and focus — grill, sauté, broil, fry, plate

  • Help prep ingredients, but more importantly, prep for success every shift

  • Communicate with the team — call out tickets, support your fellow cooks, stay ahead of the rush

  • Keep your station spotless, organized, and ready for action

  • Take real pride in what you put on every plate

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in a professional kitchen preferred (but if you’re passionate, we'll teach you)

  • Ability to stay cool under pressure — like a steak cooked medium rare, not well done

  • Attention to detail — because every guest deserves a plate we’re proud of

  • Respect for ingredients, your teammates, and the kitchen itself

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and bring a positive attitude every day
